Child Library Card Registration

This application is for a full use Pendleton Public Library card for students ages 0 to 17 years old. Only a parent or legal guardian, preferably at the same address as the applicant, can apply for this card, and by doing so accepts all responsibility for this card.

Adult Library Card Registration

This application is for a full use Pendleton Public Library card, applicant must be 18 years or older and have a Pendleton address. Processed cards will be mailed with in one week of application. If you already have a Pendleton Public Library card, you will be charged a $2.00 card replacement fee. If you have an existing card with fines, a member of staff will call you with that information.
