Backflow Testing Requirements

A sample letter about backflow testing and cross connection went out in our city utility bills this month. You can see the letter here. 

If you don’t have an underground irrigation system or you’ve already had your backflow device tested this year, this notice likely doesn’t apply to you. If you did previously receive a letter saying you need your backflow device tested (separate from the example letter in the utility bills), follow the directions on that letter.
