Statement of significance:
This late Shingle style house was designed to address the corner, note the diagonal stairway and porch extension. The gable end faces the main through street, Isaac Avenue and the second story turret faces the side street. This orientation is somewhat unusual since the Shingle style would normally have a front facing turret and side facing gable. The classical porch columns rest on square piers with recessed panels and a balustrade spans between them. The second story balcony roof is supported on smaller scale classical columns. A variety of decorative windows are found on the two street facades and a small cutaway bay window is located on the north facade. All windows and doors have a slightly projecting cornice board at their heads.
