Convenience Fees (charged by a 3rd party administrator) Credit Cards and Debit Cards with Visa Logo the fees are 3.5% plus $.20/each transaction. Check processing is a tiered system.

| Payments up to $99 and below payments are based on the following formula: P= Payment Amount .39 + [ 0.0082 x P ] | Example: a $50 check would be, following the formula on the left side: .39 + [ .0082 x $50 ] = Equals 80 cents total fee. |
