Periodic Review of the Pendleton Comprehensive Plan
Staff Note: Due to a scrivener error, all materials for Periodic Review were originally noticed as Ordinance No. 3835. The correct number is 3836 (and 3839 for Historic Preservation standards). Staff apologizes for the error.
ADOPTION SCHEDULE (all meetings are at 7:00 p.m. in Council chambers)
June 20, 2013 - The Planning Commission recommended approval of an amended version of Ordinance No. 3836, forwarding Exhibits A, B, E and F to the City Council for consideration and adoption.
July 11, 2013 - Continuation of Planning Commission hearing on Ordinance No. 3839, which contains the regulatory language for Historic Preservation.
July 16, 2013 - City Council first reading of amended Ordinance No. 3836, to adopt Exhibits A, B, E and F. This only places these items on the Council's agenda; no action will be taken. Testimony will be accepted at the August 6, 2013 meeting.
Exhibits C, D and G are still under review at the Oregon Department of State Lands and will be brought forward for adoption pending DSL approval. Tentatively scheduled for September 5, 2013 review by Planning Commission.
