 We are excited to announce we are improving our financial and utility billing software at the City of Pendleton on February 16th, 2016.  The following are two changes you will see with regards to your utility account.

The Biggest change is your account number—Account numbers will now be a 9 digit number located at the top of the bill.  Make sure you change any automated payments to reflect your new account number using all 9 digits to ensure all payments are posted correctly to your account.

Our current customer web portal was taken offline on February 5th, 2016.  This means we will no longer be able to accept any online payments through our portal and all E-bills will be prohibited during this time.  You will not be able to review any account data through the portal as well.  A new portal will be set up and available for use in April 2016.  The City will send out information about the new web portal when it is set up and available.
